This Privacy Policy explains how Sentient Creative Ltd trading as Zinggit.app (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects the information of users (“you” or “User”) who access and use the Zinggit application and its associated services (the “Service”).

We understand that your voice notes and the content within them are sensitive. Our data handling is specifically designed around the function of our premium LLM (Large Language Model) partner.
2.1 Core Processing
- Purpose: Your voice notes (Input Data) are processed by our system to convert the audio into a transcript and then use the LLM to generate the final edited text (Output).
- Third-Party LLM: We share the voice data (or its text transcript) with our premium third-party LLM provider solely for the purpose of generating the Output as requested by you.
- LLM Training/Improvement: We generally do not permit our third-party LLM provider to use your Input Data (voice notes or transcripts) or Output for training or improving their foundational models. This is a critical privacy control. If we ever plan to use de-identified and/or aggregated data for internal model improvement, we will first seek your explicit, opt-in consent.
2.2 Retention of Input and Output
- We retain your Input Data and the resulting Output for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with the Service and enable you to access your saved content.
- You may delete your Input and Output at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will purge the content from our active systems and storage backups within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
3. How We Use Your Other Personal Data
We use your Personal Data (excluding Input Data, as detailed above) for the following business purposes:
